One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The sales guy David gave us so much information on the vehicles we were interested in. The sales manager went above and beyond any I have dealt with before. The financial department guy Mr clay was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely buy our next car from here. The sales guy David had a spirit of excellence and a servants heart when it came to helping customers.

“Diagnosed” my elderly mother’s used vehicle that she purchased from Matt Bowers Nissan 4 months ago. They told her that they would diagnose it for free but she would have to pay the deductible on the warranty. Long-story, semi-short. They said vehicle needed a new radiator and wasn’t covered by the (in-house)warranty and that the radiator had a “big crack”. They quoted just over $2300 for the radiator to be replaced. My mom paid for the diagnostic test fee she was told wouldn’t be charged… not that it wouldn’t be charged if she didn’t have work done at Matt Bowers…. She took it to another certified mechanic who did a pressure test on the radiator. Before purchasing vehicle it supposedly had a mechanic check it over, not sure how a mechanic would miss the fact that water is in the radiator (not 50/50 mix, straight water). I didn’t realize that “reputable” dealers were still out taking advantage of women that are mechanically inclined. I the end, it was pressure tested at Firestone and turned out to be a 20 dollar radiator cap. Easy fix! Service manager did say she would receive a check in the mail in a week or so. I am grateful that they gave her money back to her after wasting a couple days of her time with her car in the shop. I personally wouldn’t be so upset if the young man, with dirty blonde hair, working behind the counter didn’t push by me and then smile in my face. The service manager said he would deal with him, apparently that was a joke to the employee because it only brought more smiles… gonna let karma catch up with him because I appreciate my freedom.
