Go see Mr Raymond Campbell if you're in the market for a truck or anything at all. if you need service done go talk to Mr Kenny and Christy. Nice and smooth so glad they are close by not having to travel to Mobile for a decent Ford dealership. They are really putting J..allenford on the map. take care of these folks. thanks again!
Had the misfortune of a major mechanical default in my 250,000 mile car and needed something reliable. I was hesitant to finance a new car, but I didn't have a ton of cash on hand to get something reliable enough to commute with low mileage. I out in an inquiry online and Brian reached out right after the doors opened. After I told him I was hesitant to drive old faithful to the lot, he actually sent me a video tour of the vehicles he had available, and offered to bring a car to me to test drive back to the lot! Totally going above and beyond. I am on the process of buying a new home and told him what my budget limitations were and where I wanted to stay as far as monthly payments. I am a difficult buyer. I already did my research before shopping but still wanted to see everything and ask all of the questions and Brian patiently went through the motions with me providing me with the info I requested. Definitely a super nice guy who offers great customer service!
A pleasant and enjoyable buying experience at J Allen Ford in Gulfport. I like dealing with decent, honest people. I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased!! Darryl (Double ‘D’) took care of me and my husband and made buying a vehicle smooth and the best experience, he was never pushy.
Cody, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Even the General Manager, David Potter, came over and introduced himself, which made me feel very comfortable doing business with the organization. Overall, the experience was great I recommend J Allen Ford to all my friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
