10/10 This is the best car dealership I've ever been to. Group 1 Honda Gulfport has GREAT customer service! J.C made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He listened to my wife's and my needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle without any pressure. Their manager was helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we received a fair deal. I love their employees’ attitude; they made the car-buying experience enjoyable. The Honda brand model looks incredible; the interior is beautiful, and I will recommend Hondas to all my military co-workers, friends, and family. I am committed to Honda for LIFE!!!

Went car shopping for my daughter which can be stressful in itself as it is. We stopped at Pat Peck Honda to look at this car she liked online. I started chatting with Christopher Bryan through message before we got there. He was personable on the phone and listened to me talk his ear off. When we got to Pat Peck we finally met in person. Let me tell you I am a hard person to please and he made it so effortless. We test drove the car twice! He was amazing and made getting the car so stress free! My daughter is happy and so am I! I am a 76 year-old Vietnam Vet living at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport Mississippi and I tell you I have never had the service like I received at Par Peck Honda. Not only was my car taken care of timely and efficiently, but I am on the extended warranty that this Honda dealership recommended to me and was concerned about what I might have to pay. My service person handled all of the contact with my extended warranty people and the whole job cost me $100-. Very excited about that and very appreciative to all who helped.
