I came in to CarHop Crystal looking to get a new SUV. My last car came from CarHop Maplewood and it’s lasted me almost four years. I loved it. Carhop accepted my vehicle as a trade-in and helped me get into a new ride today! The process has been very smooth. I test drove two options. Erika has been energetically helpful since I called to ask about the down payment. She’s continued to go above and beyond with helping me apply and get all my paperwork in order. The manager, Amanya, also stepped in to help me get going with test driving the second SUV, when Erika was helping another customer, which I fell in love with. They have both been been amazing! Thank you so much! I will continue to be a loyal customer. I highly recommend CarHop Crystal and Maplewood locations to everyone! =D

Erika at the crystal location is the sweetest and so patient. It was the end of the day and she still remained cool, calm and collected, until me and ANOTHER client was completely done with our purchase, signing paperwork, and watching the disclosure videos.
