Automart - Used Cars

I’m very impressed with the level of service I received here. The team was honest, respectful, and focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. They explained every option clearly and ensured the pricing was fair. The process was quick and hassle-free. I left feeling confident and completely satisfied with my new car purchase.

Give small dealerships like this one some more love! Business expenses are expensive, especially car parts! As-is policies like Automart has make sure you know to check the vehicle yourself if they couldnt repair it first. Sisi ensured any policies about vehicles being sold as is were clear. Unfortunately, as my terrible luck would have it, I had a trouble with my car. When I drove in again asking for some diagnostics Kevin was extremely thorough and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to look at and even pointed out details of what he was looking at! The issues are thankfully minor. I've enjoyed every minute of working with this team!

DO NIT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I BOUGHT A CAR 2 months ago from this place and since day 1 it has been having all types of problem. I still don’t have title to the car and Doug keeps giving me the run around. Today was the last straw because unfortunately the piece of crap caught fire today while I was picking my son up from school. I have decided to get the state of Minnesota involved as I’m seeing now there is definitely some shady tactics going on.

Buying a used car shouldn't be a crap shoot. Unfortunately businesses like AutoMart don't care. Case in point. A month and a half ago I bought an early 2000s Chevy that seemed to be a good deal. Two days later the power steering started going out. I've taken it to two different shops to verify the steering problem. I've also contacted the dealership several times but they refuse to return my calls. I drove the car in yesterday to talk with the owner and show him the problem. He told me to come back next week. This is a terrible way to do business. Do not buy from this lot unless you want to get ripped off. BTW - I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office about my experience. Hopefully I can help someone else avoid the same problem. I know I'm not the only one.

Have been trying to get the title to a vehicle that I purchased from them, and keep getting the run around. Doug has been saying for months now how he needs to find the original paperwork, and refile it. Nothing has been done, and Doug has yet to return any of my calls.
