First off, I recommend K&E auto - I had a pretty great experience overall! We came across a posting for what was essentially our dream vehicle, on a Facebook buying/selling page of all places. It seemed too good to be true, which for me always raises concerns. So we reached out. In initially talking with Michael, we experienced nothing but politeness and professionalism. Being a rebuilt title, we wanted to make sure everything checked out and had lots of questions, which Mike answered handily, as well as provided proof of, and continued to treat us with the utmost professionalism. Reviewing the Carfax on our own, every detail checked out. The reported value checked out. Mike had also done all the hard parts, when you talk about bringing an out-of-state salvage into Minnesota. So we set up a time to go check out the vehicle and got our finances in order. Everything with the vehicle was fantastic, the outstanding service from Mike continued on in person - we had actually thought he might be a much older gentleman, from how pleasant and polite his mannerisms were in chatting online. After purchasing the vehicle and getting all of our paperwork done, we continued chatting and found out that most of K&E's business comes from referrals from other customers. I really felt that's a shame, considering everything they have available and my personal great experience with them, so I wanted to leave a review. 90% of their business is salvaged, rebuilt titles. Mike makes no attempt to hide that and from what I've seen he and his partner (ASE certified master mechanic who's name I'm forgetting) do great work and sell at a fair price. So again, I recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle! The only gripe I have is their location, they need a better turn lane off the highway! 😆 Update: had a minor request regarding the overhead visors in my car, the great folks at K&E told me this to stop by and they'd fix it up - true to their word, everything was done in less than 15 minutes.

I’m not one to post reviews, but I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience at K&E. I’ve begrudgingly dealt with high pressure sales teams in the past when purchasing a vehicle, but when I decided to upgrade my vehicle, Erick and Mike made sure to provide a comfortable and low pressure experience. Not only did they help me find my next vehicle, but they also helped me sell my SUV. I’m very appreciative for their professionalism and expertise during the buying and selling process. I’d highly recommend K&E to anyone looking to purchase an affordable and reliable vehicle. The entire team is helpful and extremely knowledgeable of their business. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

I can't say enough good about Mike & the guys at K&E. They ALWAYS find the car I'm looking for... Even if I didn't know it yet. He tailors the car shopping experience to me and what I'm looking for. When my Nephew bought his car here a few years ago, I was very impressed by the place, & the Sales Manager Michael. And now I am very happy that I bought my vehicle at K & E Auto in February 2023. They knew exactly what I was looking for, found something in my price range (with most of all my wants/needs!) worked closely with my lender & did so in a quick convenient way! Small town feel, especially for a woman who doesn’t like many of the big dealerships around here. They are family-oriented, awesome to work with & stand by their word. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
