I recently purchased my first car at Anderson Motors. As a first time car buyer, I had never taken out a loan, and was very new to the process. I’m so thankful that I chose to go to Anderson Motors. The staff were so helpful in helping me find a car that was in my price range, and assisted me with locating a loan company that would work with me. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new Subaru and how everything worked out. Thank you Anderson Motors for a great first-time car buying experience!!!

We bought a 2003 Subaru last winter. This winter we had to replace the pump, lines, timing belt, thermostat and it cost about $2,996. And we were told the power steering needs to be fixed - which is another $1,800. We are beyond disappointed. We paid $7,000 and we were hoping to get a 2nd reliable car. Unfortunately, this car is draining our savings account and it has put us in financial stress. We bought from Anderson Motors with confidence due to all the positive reviews.

Bought several months ago, headaches ever since. Didn't have a good experience here. When we got the car- the fuel tank lid wouldn't open and the back window wiper didn't spray wash fluid. The microphone didn't work and it came with one key. The worst was the wheel that almost came off and the bolt that was stripped and had some sort of sealant on there. I lost it, left angry reviews here, and had a back and forth with the owner. Thought it was over. Wrong. Today we discover someone installed a bypass on the serpentine belt. Shops can't figure out why someone would do that, and now a simple belt swap has become an adventure. The problems never seem to end. Maybe I had bad luck....but a stripped wheel bolt, a bypassed belt, and half of the features not working....seems like something more than a slight oversight.
