SKY VIEW AUTOMOTIVE LLC

Just bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring van. Got a great deal on it. Very happy with it.Salam and his son were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. So glad we drove from grand Rapids to see it. Would buy another vehicle from this dealership again.

My experience purchasing at Sky View was a bit shaky, but overall, it ended up great. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Matrix from Salam and was enjoying every bit of it. However, less than a week after I had bought it, the engine lights came on while I was driving, and I had to pull over since the whole vehicle was shaking uncontrollably. After taking it to a mechanic, I was told I suffered a catastrophic engine failure and that it would cost me $5,000 to repair. I had purchased the vehicle "as is" and was pretty down in the dumps, thinking that I had just shot myself in the foot. I called up Salam just to see if there was anything he could do and how upset I was at the situation. Salam said, "Bring the car here, and we will take care of it." We worked out a deal where I would foot the cost of a new engine and he would cover the cost of labor and have his mechanic put the new engine in. I was stressed and nervous to go back, but Salam and his team came through, and the car has been running great since the new engine was installed. My advice to buyers is to do their homework and research as much as possible before purchasing a used vehicle. Check the VIN, test drive it, and take it to a reputable mechanic before you buy. When it comes to Sky View, Salam could have easily told me that I was out of luck and that I bought it "as is," but I think his offering to help amend the situation is a testament to the kind of businessman he is. Thank you, Salam, and thank you, Sky View!

I dealt with Moe. I found him to be a very honest and kind person. The Car Fax was provided and the 2018 Ford Escape was beautiful, just wasn't the color i was looking for. When i didn't end up buying a car from Sky View we parted on good terms.

The car I went to see was marked as clean title but once at the place found out that had been in an accident and was declared total loss. The repair job was not so good, which in glad since that way I notice about the car being in a bad accident. Looked for more details about it and found that was total loss. Would be nice to be transparent when communicating since I drove 2 hours just to see the car just to get disappointed. The employees are very nice people though.

Sold me a car without telling me it was a salvage title until I was about to start signing, I sucked it up and bought it because I didn’t have a good amount of money, the car is now having problems every now and then, do not buy from here, The mechanics and the owner fix the cars till they are barely running and sells them. FB is a better place 😂
