Just bought my Equinox and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Everything was straightforward from start to finish, no hassle, no stress. Had fairly good communication with Sam, one of the owners. Because he seemed nice, honest and is from the same town I'm from (Michigan), I went ahead and purchased a vehicle for my granddaughter. The vehicle seems ok thus far, however I have not received the paperwork to register the vehicle to get tags. Although I've called and have also made a visit to the dealership, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Sam directly to explain what is going on with the registration docs. It's never taken this long with other dealerships, so I'm a little concerned. My tags expire in 8 days.

Car is fine. Service is lacking. In the state of Michigan, titles must be transferred within 15 business days. It has been 30 days since the purchase of my vehicle and they still have not provided me with a title. My temp tag expires in 2 days. You have one day to make this right until I report you to the Secretary of State. Poor, poor customer service here.

If you like a fun car DIY project this is the place to go! After FOUR days of having my “good conditioned” car it overheated, went out, died and the wheel stopped turning and the bottom was rusted OUT! FOUR DAYS of having it. The owners have been very difficult and act like they can’t communicate you literally have to go UP to the place in order to have them hear you out and even after that they don’t communicate or even CALL BACK!. They’re lying about checking cars, don’t trust or listen to they’re mechanic, every car on that lot is a LEMON don’t even waste your time. I WILL be taking legal action at this point to get my money back and more! this place is a JOKE. Don’t even do it I’m trying to tell yall now! It’s been a month and I’m still getting the run around from these shitty owners! I heard they used to go under another name but had to change it due to being repeatedly reported. Don’t waste your time with them. You’ll be added out of thousands and left with a broken car.
