I took my 16 yr old son to a few places in lansing, looking for a decent, first vehicle. We came across capital auto sales. As someone who grew up in lansing and has purchased many vehicles from diffrent dealerships like sundance, car city, press Kool ( when thats what it was called back then) I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly Capital auto sales was. As soon as I walked in there was no pressure, they allowed us to walk around freely without feeling hounded. The staff was amazing I gave them our budget, and there was quick financing for my line of credit. After a week, to no fault if theirs, there was an issue with the brakes and a leak. They immediately took care of it, no hassle at all. They kept us up to date, and got it fixed quickly. The best part is gap insurance is fit right into the car payment automatically. I love the guys up there. They treated my son, my daughter and I with nothing but respect. I would definatley recommend them and ill be going there again. Walked out with a jeep wrangler.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I drove all the way from Muskegon after seeing this green Subaru Crosstrek on Facebook Marketplace. Despite my showing up at the very end of the day and having to make a fuss with my bank, Brian got my financing finished quickly and painlessly and I got to head home with my dream car within an hour! Unfortunately, about halfway back to Muskegon, the dashboard lit up with a transmission error and I had to have it towed the rest of the way home. That said, I gave them a call the next day and they had someone come pick it up and haul it back to the lot, where they replaced the transmission at no cost to me. I've been driving it for about three months now and everything is working great. I cannot overstate how great the customer service from Capitol Auto Sales was and would highly recommend them!

We purchased a Honda HRV from here in early December and we’ve loved it! Brian helped us buy it, and even a few months later we noticed a safety issued and Brian still helped us out and was very caring to us about it. I will definitely recommend buying a car from here any day. They are good people who want you to have a reliable car!
