Campus Cars Inc

I spoke with Ali and got a very fair price on a nice vehicle. He was very honest about everything and was patient with my questions and concerns. I also briefly spoke with the owner and he was a very kind and genuine person. You can tell they value excellent customer service and they took very good care of me, even going out of their way to buy and ship me a hub cap as one was missing on the vehicle I purchased. I would highly recommend their business!

Recently bought a subaru outback 2012 from them and I have no complaints so far. The vehicle runs great, pre-buying inspection found minor issues with the front brake pads, which they took care of. It was a great deal and Ali has been helping out with any concerns post purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

I live in Grand Rapids, and I found my "new to me" Rav 4 here in Lansing. They picked up a great car from out of state and had a very competitive rate to give me. Ali was my salesman and he helped out with making sure my family members who tried out the car for me were well taken care of. He answered my questions and gave me information I wouldn't have thought to ask. I am very please with the service and friendliness and lack of "used car salesmanship" that turns me away. When I was able to go get the car, I found this business under developed, but don't let this sway your decision. Their service and quality of their cars is better as good if not better than the shiny car dealerships. I love finding gems like this dealership. The process picking up this car and getting through the purchasing paperwork was easy and thorough. I drive away with a full heart knowing I have a car that will take care of me.

Finishing the sale of a gorgeous Buick tomorrow evening and I am ELATED. The car was gorgeous and the owner agreed to meet after hours so I had a chance to check it out, even after a long full day of his first job as a teacher for Lansing schools. Price was fair and car is amazing. Service was friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! It seems like there’s some bad reviews connected to a past owner, but this is a new owner and I could not be happier. I looked at cars all over town for the last 2 weeks before finding something amazing here at Campus Cars on my first try. ✨✨✨

I was very pleased with my recent experience. I purchased a toyota rav4 2011 with a trade. The only frustration I have is that it required a transmission service and a replacement of a sensor installed incorrectly which cost additional funds. I would come to this dealership again but have a full inspection done prior to the final purchase.
