Amazing experience with zeigler ford of plainwell! Rob caro my salesman and Lee the finance director took great care of me. They are fantastic at their job. Super fast and quick and extremely friendly! I would 1000% recommend them. I love my new bronco ❤️
Rob was considerate of my needs, thorough and a good communicator. Even though my financial situation was not ideal, he worked around the hurdles and found me the best deal. I am thankful to have worked with Rob for my car purchase. He made everything smooth. I love my Ford Escape 2024 ST 😁
Great experience! I hadn’t bought a car in 10 years and I was absolutely dreading it, but I saw some vehicles I was interested in at Ziegler and contacted Rob. The whole process was great. No pressure, no BS, and he gave us a great price. Steve in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had!
At 52 years old I have never left a car dealership and been completely satisfied. My experience with Rob was efficient/kind/ and open about what the price would be. I had an issue with the truck about 3 months after purchase, truck was bought used as is, and he got everything fixed and quickly. See Rob when you go there. And the aftermarket warranty approved all repairs same day, NO out of pocket cost to me....$0.
We had a great experience at Zeigler Ford thanks to Jake Shook. He was honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured at all. Jake took the time to answer every question, explain everything clearly, and helped us find the right vehicle for our family and budget. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants people to leave happy. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, definitely ask for Jake Shook at Zeigler Ford. Highly recommend!
