Thoroughly amazed!! The motor blew up in my vehicle that I had had for only one year on payments when I stopped in to tapper Budget cars Mike /Coach listened to me I know it happens so rarely that it's easy to overlook but he actually listened. He understood that we didn't have everything right at our fingertips and still gave me a vehicle to get my wife to work and my son to school for the two days that it required for paperwork and for us to get the down payment together to purchase another vehicle. We were provided with caring, compassionate, honest service from the time I walked in the door till after I purchased my vehicle. If you are somebody caught in the loop of buy here pay here's like car City drive time right way etc just know that it doesn't have to be that way you can get a good car for a very fair price provided by somebody that listens to you not just the loan company. Great job Mike keep up the good work!!
I just wanted to thank David, Garrett and Nick for their help of finding a vehicle. It was my first time buying from a dealership and David made sure it was as easy as possible with outstanding customer service from everyone! I wasn't sure exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for and David found a perfect match for me based on budget, age and miles. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a newer vehicle! Thank you again to everyone, I'm very happy with the experience and the vehicle!
Mike is OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond for my family and I. Great deal, amazing rate and just all around friendly and professional! I most definitely give Mike and his team a 10/10! I'll definitely be sending friends and family your way!
I had my previous car for almost 8 years and it was pushing 18yrs old… it was time for something new! Nick and Mike were very helpful and patient because I was very picky and very specific with what I wanted. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted! The entire Tapper crew was great to work with and I highly recommended them. Nick made sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision. Very happy with my new car!
Jerry was a super nice guy willing to deal the car my daughter bought had break issues so he told her thy fix them no charge I definitely would say to is reading this to go check them out
