Mark was one of the most INCREDIBLE PEOPLE I've ever dealt with, in the Auto Sales World He did big favors for me, as I was looking for a used vehicle. My Credit Report had a couple marks on it, that weren't favorable. He knows people. He got me lined up with the RIGHT people. Within 24 hours of Mark getting me all squared up, I had a new/used vehicle. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL, for what Mark has done for me. ROCKSTAR!!! Go see him!! You'll thank me (by clicking the ❤️ on this review)
My wife and I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper ALL4 Mini Countryman from them and I was well impressed with the quality and friendly he was to me and worked great deals with us. I’ve been able to call whenever I needed help or a question that I had at anytime. We had a brake job that needed assistance that I couldn’t do with my own set of tools and Mark was able to fit me right in to the time slot I needed! Very happy. I recommend these guys for small business sales in automotive. I don’t really like small dealerships but Mark was able to change my opinion on that! Thanks!!
Purchased my vehicle, great staff and friendly people. Great customer service! Mark was great with the whole process. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Buying a car from H&L was a great experience, I could even say enjoyable. It was no pressure, transparent, honest, friendly, and carried out with integrity. If every car dealer was like Mark and H&L, the world would be a much better place. I will be buying another car from them when the time comes.
Recently purchased an 07 Escalade EXT from them and it was everything you could want out of a car buying experience. Mark is very honest about his cars and in my searching no other car lot car touch their warranties. I was even able to talk to his on site mechanic about the car before buying. This is going to be my first stop for my car buying needs going forward.
