Had the best experience at a smaller pre-owned vehicle lot that we have ever had. Elvis was very kind and gracious, as we were purchasing a van through a fundraiser for a family in need, and he contributed to that as well, holding the vehicle for us despite other inquiries, and discounting the price for the cause as well. Even threw in some free T-shirts! He has a good heart, they give excellent service, and I recommend them to everyone!

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Grand Rapids from Hawai’i and New Zealand. It was our first time ever buying a car and being in a new city, we had completely no idea what we were doing. There were so many complications with getting money from my bank in Hawai’i to a bank in Michigan but Elvis and Amy were very patient and understanding. They let us place the car on hold for multiple days, gave us a card to get free oil changes, and even a week after taking the car home when we were having a small issue, they helped us right away. I trusted your company to give us a fair price on a used car with approximately 60,000 miles. We have had many problems with the car that we were surprised would take place with this low mileage car. Unfortunately it was hit in the driveway which produced dents in the side, but that had nothing to do with the functions of the car. We had to put new brakes, whole new exhaust (four holes), new spark plugs, coils etc.. This has been very disappointing :) After getting a second opinion on the car, we decided to go elsewhere for repairs due to all the issues that we were not made aware of upon purchase.
