Our experience at CarMax was wonderful. Jim Davis did an excellent job of making things clear and simple for us. CarMax has processes that are streamlined and efficient, making the whole car buying experience easy. We found a great vehicle with low miles and a fair price. I like their 30 day guarantee. I did find some pulsation in the breaks after bringing the vehicle home but because of the 30 day guarantee I was able to simply bring the vehicle to Belle Tire and they changed out the brakes and calipers on the front end and I drove off without a dollar ever having to be afforded or fronted by me!
