Outstanding. I brought my vehicle to Shea because services I received at another Dealership were extremely unsatisfying. This experience was totally different from the very open. Phone calls with the scheduler were efficient, courteous, and well informed. I was then contacted by the service tech and the exceptional service just continued. My wife was just as impressed. They honored our extended warranty, did all the necessary leg work, supplied a loaner vehicle that my wife was comfortable with, and have remained in contact as the work has been getting done. We are still waiting to get our vehicle back, but I really wanted to express how happy me wife and I have been so far with the Shea Chevrolet service center.
