$5.63 to give them their money! (Payments) Every other month something will go wrong and they can fix at over market price and attach it to your car payments in other words you’ll never be done paying the car off, unless you know a good mechanic or you just get lucky and get a car that they didn’t take all the good parts off from the auction and put used ones on knowing that it’s gonna be a piece of junk. Just get your credit somewhat decent and go to a local credit union buy a used car buy a warranty for unexpected expenses and live in a lil peace it’s crazy to buy from this place

I bought a car here 20 years ago. It was the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever bought. Everything falls apart shortly after buying it. My kid bought a car from here and I see they’re still playing the same games. If I could give them zero stars I would. Why is a place like this still allowed to exist. Take advantage of people who have no money or credit.

I give one star because who has a damn website that doesn’t have pictures of half the vehicles and also doesn’t show the prices? Well even if I ever thought about buying from you I never will.

Very rude and treat their customers worst then trash on the side of the road. Don’t want to hear anything you have to say. Always hang up on you before you can finish talking. If your struggling and behind on a payment and trying to talk to them about when you’ll be able to catch up they get pissed and want to treat you like things can’t happen in your life out of your control. Try to switch from weekly to biweekly because of an job loss and the new job was bi-weekly and the financial guy so dam rude and said what you think we’re going to rewrite up a agreement well that’s never going to happen and hangs up on me. God for bid if anything in your life ever happen to you and your family and you fall behind on your bills. At least I contacted you and tried to let you know what I was going through. Nope none of that matters. Sad how this society is now days.. oh and on top of that my car been in service more then I had it! But that don’t give a crap! They can sell you a lemon car and make you wait to have it fixed yet they won’t work with you on a payment! Just so wrong beyond wrong. Maybe they would have better reviews from customers if they had more compassion for their customers… just a thought.

Poor customer service. Garbage cars test drove 2 with bad transmition and the timing chain. Then the lenders took my cash and gave me check back days later after rejecting my $1000 down. Not worth even stopping in complete scam...
