Ashley Dice was absolutely amazing and helped us find exactly what we needed! Pulling away with a 2018 dodge Durango that my boyfriend our three kids and I can now ride around in comfortably! The service was amazing and everything was fast and easy!

I just purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey. Pat Patterson helped me find the right vehicle for my family. He was patient and very attentive. No question was unanswered. I would recommend Pat at Champion Auto Sales to everyone!! He really cares about his customers and it’s not just about the sale. That made the difference for me. - Lori H

They were very friendly & helpful. I really like the car they picked out for me. I dont like they lied to me. They said the key fob was an issue. Partially true. The ignition push button was malfunctioning, which they did not disclose. They also disabled the diagnostics port, which is illegal. After a month of having issue with the key fob not connecting properly (i replaced the batteries with no change) I took the car the car finance's mechanic. Attached photo is from them. Be careful on "aftermarket key fobs". They sold me a car stating the key fobs have to be held to the button to start because they were "after market". When I took it to the dealer they werent even for this car. The electrical panel to the start button was malfunctioning is why it wasnt detecting the key fob. When I called them they said "sorry we cant help you". the electrical part for the atart button is $1000 & correct key fob is $200. I had the car a month. when i took the car manufacturer mechanic, they were unable to run diagnostics at first because Champion had unplugged it. They said Champion is known for disabling the diagnostics reader so you dont know what problems the car has. After the reconnected it, it read the ignition push button radio frequency was malfunctioning. I checked online. That is not a common problem with this car, espec with it being 5 yrs old. They took away my right to make an informed decision. I had the diagnostics checked at autozone before i bought it.

My daughter has a car through this lot. She has has it half off in year and now has a ton of stuff wrong with it mechanically. Service didn't even drive it, just lifted it up and looked. They want over 1200 for repairs, even though he said the major part is covered on them for the term of the loan. And if she comes up with 800, they'll put the balance on her loan. Seriously? Why does it cost so much if it's covered for the term of loan?? There's no way. A strut repair (the little part not covered) can not possibly cost 1200. They sold her a car knowing full well it wasn't road-worthy if she's drove it for barely a year and all this went wrong. I understand she bought "as is" but is it even legal to sell it that way? Throw some duct tape on it here and there to make it seem good enough and wash your hands of it. It's just bad business. No one expects a used car to last forever, but more than a year, yes. The guy was really nice about it, though 🤣

I just got a car from them a months ago. They asked me to do a review on. And now I’m here to do another review all the car already have a check engine light on the day I bought it. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and they still got it. The code that’s popping up says something different and they’re trying to tell me is the alternator. I have bought three cars from this company and every single car got the check engine light was on I know they are a junkie place to buy cars form, but they make it worse for single mothers to pay their bills because I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take that long to fix a car even to order a part
