Came here because I was referred. My experience from the moment I got there was amazing. I was treated very well and didn’t feel forced to take a vehicle. I told them exactly what I was looking to spend and they worked everything out for me vehicle, insurance and plates at a very decent price. Bought my vehicle on a Friday, Sunday night noticed antifreeze leaking. Took it to them Monday and my vehicle was fixed Tuesday morning before 11am at no charge to me. They didn’t try to give me a hassle about the vehicle or anything. They simply said we will take care of it and they did. I will continue to do business with them as I’m looking to get my son a vehicle to go off to college in the fall.

UPDATE - Interesting response to my review from the owner. His reference to "my life story" is me explaining the specific details of my credit standing because I didn't want to waste his time if he didn't think he could help me. Seriously. Read his response. It definitely speaks for itself and reflects who he is. I have inquired about a few vehicles Ed has posted on Facebook Marketplace over the last few months. The most recent inquiry I sent was yesterday. In my message, I went into specifics regarding my credit challenges and asked if he thought he might be able to make something work. Like every other inquiry I have sent through Facebook Marketplace, I can see he's read my.messages but he never gives me the courtesy of a response. Today,.I sent a second message saying that I am sorry to bother him and said I hoped he had a good weekend. Before long he responded wishing me a good weekend too. That's all he said. He didn't bother addressing my lengthy original message that included questions about whether he could help me. It's pretty apparent he can't or doesn't want to help me. I just don't understand why he is being so rude. Had I treated my clients this way I would have not enjoyed a very prosperous 30plus year career in sales myself. I can guarantee you that I never ignored a potential client the way Ed does. You may have no choice but to purchase from a place offering financing to people with credit issues. I would suggest avoiding this place and go to one that actually treats buyers and potential buyers with respect.
