Great experience with Motor City Cars Sales! I bought a Chevrolet Blazer and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great customer service, honest people, and very fair prices. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them!
I went to them to get my car repaired, and it only took a few minutes for it to be fixed perfectly. They are very professional. Thank you, guys, and a special thanks to Mr. Aboud. I will definitely come back and I recommend you try them.
Ammar and Ali are the best people. They are so friendly and cooperative. Never bought a car from them but I used to deal with Ammar to fix cars. He is so helpful and his prices are affordable. He's got a wide range of cars of all types of manufacturers. If you are looking for a car and your nearby, it doesn't hurt to go visit that place and check their inventory.
I originally purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain. Although it was mechanically sound and looked practically brand new inside and out, I found out that there was a somewhat of an issue . I immediately contacted them and provided proof. Once confirmed, they put me in a 2016 Jeep Compass without any issue. They were very eager to correct this issue and even took a financial loss to make it right. I highly recommend them. They operate in integrity and great customer service.
Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT . I would leave a 0 if I could. Just purchased a vehicle from this dealer 3days ago..! Just found out I need a Transmission. The front desk guy and Women stated there was nothing wrong with the car. The car only had 24% oil life left. He stated I just Need an oil change n tires. The engine is perfectly fine no lights on dash .the next day on the freeway notice the transmission was on staying in 3 . Took it to my mechanic and he put it his scanner and stated trans was bad due to towing vehicles improperly..I called and of course he at like he did not know and stated oh that was because of the oil. Like are you really kidding me Please do not buy a vehicle for yourself and your mental health from this evil place!!!! Do not buy Do not buy!!!!!!!
