I purchased my 2006 Five Hundred (fully loaded) car there in April of 2013. My car is still running well and I am approaching 200,000 miles very soon. Mike & the mechanics were very direct, answered all my concerns and very patient with me. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to buy from here again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This man is a scam artist and he is selling bad cars to single mothers like myself. I have only had his car for a year and during this year I have had to get the heat fixed and paid over $500. I’ve also had to get a number of things fixed. Now the car is leaking antifreeze and smoking like a chimney. He told me to take the card to Ford because they made the car and there is nothing he can do. He also told me that he cannot do a trade in due to extensive repairs needed, the same repairs that have been needed at the time he sold me the car. Edit**** I left a review of my negative experience with this place and this man responded with a very long statement of how him selling me a bad car is my fault. That is laughable at best. Stop selling bad cars an blaming the customer and anyone else you can think of and just do right by people because what you are doing is wrong!
Brought a car 20 days later engine gone or transmission car would turn off randomly they took the vehicle and has been doing this to multiple people. BBB has been contacted along with attorney general.
Changing my review from 2 years ago!! Mike was great... he sold good cars. The people who took over are ridiculous and that's all I can say. A friend of mine said they may tamper with mileage so beware......
If I could put a less than one star I would. I got a car from here.. I thought it was a good car until I got the title, It was orange.. never was told that it was a rebuild car. I had got hell from the car within the 4-6 months I had it.. needed a new water pump the 2month I had it than from their every week something was wrong with it. then it was OVER PRICED. I would take someone who know cars with you. Becuase they will try and scam you.
