I never leave reviews but if you are looking for a new vehicle this is the place to go. I have financed two cars with them. Both were in amazing condition. The owners are great and they have multiple locations. J and Jewels really looked out for me.

I had an amazing experience with Ronny at Legend Auto! He was extremely helpful, patient, and made the whole process of purchasing my first vehicle smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I ended up getting a 2018 Hyundai Sonata and I absolutely love it! I have been coming since I was 24 I’m 38 now. It’s always an easy process. Gigi and Caesar got me what I needed. Cortez the coldest with getting you the insurance at a good deal. John the owner has always been good to me and is so knowledgeable when it comes to this credit thing. I love it here i promise lm going to listen this time john .

I just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX5 from Legend Motors in Ferndale, Mi (8 mile near Wyoming). Shopping for a used car can be a pain but Alvin Shammas made it pretty painless. Unlike the 2 other dealerships I visited, Alvin was a no-pressure salesman. He brought the car to my home so I could drive it and was very above board on what I was likely to get for my trade-in. He also worked to Make the prep of my new Mazda go smoothly.

I’m so incredibly please with this dealership. Especially Alvin who made me feel very secure and confident. I found exactly what I wanted. Jay the manager was also absolutely amazing! Truly awesome! I went to at least 3 dealerships before coming here. Update: 4-13-2026 After buying my Jeep, it’s been one issue after another. I understand used vehicles can have problems, but this has gone beyond that. I’ve dealt with: • Radiator leak (just replaced) • Oil leak • Check engine light multiple times • Vehicle in the shop 5–6 days and returned with a headlight still not fixed (it was on the original repair list from when I bought it November 2025 and they were supposed to fix it then) The biggest issue is communication. I’ve shown up for appointments and they weren’t prepared, or didn’t fix what I specifically brought it in for. I was told parts were ordered when they weren’t, my wheel well trim took 3 months to get replaced because of this. Lately, it’s been even worse. Calls aren’t returned, and I’m told they contacted me through their system, but I have no missed calls or messages. The attitude has completely changed from when I first bought the vehicle. I’ve also personally witnessed the owner smoking inside the office and a mechanic walking through the service area with a cigarette. My vehicle has come back smelling like smoke. Other issues: • Paperwork had to be redone after purchase • Vehicle wasn’t properly cleaned at delivery • Prior test drive vehicle had a disconnected steering wheel/airbag area At this point, I’m just disappointed. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic communication and follow-through. If you buy from here, make sure you have a solid warranty, you may need it. Now let’s just get my headlight fixed and hopefully nothing else is needed. If it is, I’ll take it somewhere else to get fixed using the warranty.
