We had a wonderful experience with Evan today. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about cars. He took the time to educate us on different vehicles, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process enjoyable. He actually got my husband and me excited about car shopping again! After meeting with several salespeople over the past few weeks, no one came close to the outstanding customer service we received from Evan and Michael. They were professional, personable, and made us feel valued every step of the way. We highly recommend working with them!
This was my second vehicle purchase from Hertz. The first time, I spent a lot of time researching before buying. This time, my previous experience gave me the confidence to go straight to their website and start shopping for my next vehicle. I really appreciate the no-haggle buying experience and the competitive pricing on their vehicles. The process was straightforward, stress-free, and exactly what car buying should be. Dominic and Michael were both friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They answered my questions, kept everything moving smoothly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Overall, another great experience, and I would definitely consider purchasing from Hertz again.
We had a great experience with this company. Joe and Darren both, were so friendly and very helpful with the purchase of our new car. I would highly recommend Hertz to anyone that needs a vehicle. Thanks again Hertz 🥰
My Experience was Great from Salesman Carlos to Mike to Mo to Big Boss man I definitely had a great experience, I had been renting from Hertz since last year thinking I couldn’t afford a car because of my credit but I was able to get a SUV 😀which is what I wanted. I’m happy and I have 7 days to return if not happy. Thank you Carlos
The guys here were really nice and did everything they could to get me into a car. I didn't want the haggling you get at dealerships. I wanted the price listed, no add ons, etc. I drove away in a newer car, at the price listed, no addition add-ons, the hertz warranty, and the warranties of the car. I will purchase another car from them again soon! Thanks guys for helping me. I still can't express how much I needed this!!!
