FRANKIES AUTO SALES II

If you’re headed to Frankie’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Derek! I came in feeling pretty stressed about my credit situation and wasn't sure if I’d even be able to get a reliable ride. From the second I walked onto the lot, Derek made me feel like a priority. He isn’t your typical 'pushy' car salesman—he actually listened to what I needed and what my budget looked like. Derek worked absolute magic with the financing team to get me a 'rapid' approval. He was transparent about the pricing, showed me a few great options that fit my lifestyle, and never once pressured me into something I didn't want. He’s professional, down-to-earth, and very pleasing to deal with. Buying a car can be a headache, but Derek made it a total breeze. If you want someone who is honest and actually has your back, go see him. I’m officially a customer for life! Thanks again, Derek!"

The owner Tried to convince me that my loan only allowed me to buy a particular car. Wouldn't even consider showing me what I actually wanted to buy. The car I wanted was cheaper and had less miles than the one he tried to force on me. When I tried to tell him that I had already spoke to the loan company and that they knew exactly what I was coming to buy, and that I was considering just paying cash... he started taking over me so fast and so much that I ended the conversation and took my business elsewhere. Frustrating and annoying. I absolutely refuse to do business with a fast talking, lying hustler. Be careful at this place y'all. You might get taken for ride you don't wanna be on.
