I had an amazing experience at 5 Star Auto Center! From start to finish, everything was smooth, honest, and stress-free. The selection of vehicles was great, and the whole team made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. A special shoutout to Abe—he is truly one of a kind. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he’s also just a genuinely great person who actually cares about helping you find the right car. He took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. If you’re looking for a reliable used car and top-notch customer service, I highly recommend checking them out and asking for Abe. You won’t be disappointed!

Earlier this year I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from here after test driving several other vehicles. Being a 15 year old vehicle, it was in remarkably great shape, and this is considering the previous owner had children. The vehicle was purchased at a very fair price, all things considered. After purchase I noticed I had a headlight out, which I changed myself at home. A few weeks later I noticed a nozzle for my wipers wasn't spraying properly and saw the hose came disconnected - this was an occasional issue on my previous 2007 Edge so I attempted a fix myself. These were things I not only expected buying a used car but are very minor issues on a vehicle this age. However, when my nozzle fix failed, there was an issue with a faulty backup sensor not reading correctly, I needed my nozzles completely replaced, anything beyond my capability to do myself, the initial detailing & decoration at purchase or literally any other issue or question I had since? All I've ever had to do was go up there if passing the area and hope there was an opening for my situation, schedule an appointment based on my availability for whatever work was needed or even just *call* to ask or notify them, which they tell you to do for any issue. I don't know any of the shop guys, and there's only so much space for getting work done so if it's not minor make an appointment. I've interacted with Mike & Abe several times this year at various points. Both always stressed communicating with them for any issues and neither have disappointed. Any repairs I've needed or requested at my leisure, that they were capable of servicing there, has been taken of to my satisfaction every time. In closing, I intentionally waited several months to write my review just to properly gauge things as this was a big purchase regardless. So far I've gotten my money's worth out of it & it performances its duties as needed. If I have any issues or problems I'm comfortable with taking it to them first, I have a trusted alternative for anything they can't do, and I could see myself reasonably purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

Cannot recommend Five Star enough! Abe was super helpful in helping me get into a new GMC Yukon. Super informative and super helpful in every way and not to mention that he had the best price around. Very smooth transaction from start to finish including the test drive helping me with financing (I don’t have the best credit) and handing me the keys. When i’m ready for my next vehicle, you can bet that I’m going to see Abe and the five star crew!

Came and got 2014 town and country from them. Ran great for 10 days then the alternator went out. Of course no answer from the seller. I go to get the alternator replaced on my own dime and they put nails/screws in the radiator to hold it in place instead of replacing so I had to replace the radiator alternator and a week after the serpentine belt. They will tell you if you need anything call. But when he answers it’s something going on and he will call you back never. I’ve had the van a solid two months and already $1200 bucks in on repairs. After paying over $4000 on a vehicle that went down not even 2 weeks later and no type of help from the seller even with them having on hand mechanics. Would not recommend

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Our experience with Five Star Auto has been extremely disappointing. On June 4, 2026, my son purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse from this dealership. We relied on the representation that the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. Unfortunately, within about two weeks, the vehicle developed a loud engine ticking noise, started shutting off while being driven, and eventually became completely inoperable. An independent mechanic inspected the vehicle and identified multiple serious mechanical issues, including little to no engine oil, little to no coolant, engine misfires, and signs of severe engine damage. These were not minor repairs—they were issues that left the vehicle unable to be driven. What has been most frustrating is how our concerns were handled. Instead of working with us toward a fair resolution, we felt that the dealership attempted to shift responsibility to my son, even though the vehicle failed shortly after purchase. As customers, we expected professionalism, honesty, and a genuine effort to resolve the situation. We have documented the timeline, retained the mechanic’s findings, and are pursuing the appropriate legal and consumer protection remedies available to us. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend obtaining an independent inspection before buying and documenting everything throughout the transaction. This review is based solely on our firsthand experience. This guy has the audacity to lie and say that I slammed my car door on him. As this owner continues to lie. For 1 My car door was never open while he was talking to me. He said that I was being rude ( me being rude is asking how can you misrepresent a vehicle and sell it to someone and not even take any accountability? How is that rude ) ( also me asking how does a not change oil filter, ( something he said he did before selling the vehicle to My son, ) destroying engine and less than two weeks ? Me also asking how you are claiming that the vehicle was inspected and cleared with no major mechanical issues is rude. ???How? ) and told me to take my car within one hour or it’ll be towed, he proceeded to drive the vehicle and place it on the street and told me to have a good day. ( State facts!!! State how you got upset about me asking you questions about the vehicle being inspected prior to selling this lemon to My son is anyway being rude???? It’s disgusting how you continue to lie and disrespect your customers. You never gave me an opportunity to show anything. You continue to shout at me and talk down to me. I would never slur any racial slurs. I am a good Muslim woman!!!! That is not my character at all. You have pictures post them. You have video post them and prove it I closed my door on you! You stood at the passenger door lying about everything you called my son once he answered and clicked over for a call and you hung up! You said you record calls post it! None the less you’re not a honest or trustworthy person! A car dying in 2 weeks after being purchased from you died is a clear indication you sell bad vehicles and will never take responsibility for it!
