I reached out about a car. The dealer had me go to the wrong lot. I drive over an hour to get there and then had to go to another location. The car itself had numerous problems: rust, suspension not working and error messages, and the display had significant bubbling. There were some other minor issues but all three of those are major problems. Not a good car at all.

I got a car from Grafton st location a little over a year ago. When I first purchased I was assured everything was fine with the car. For some reason they kept delaying giving me the car even after everything was “all set”. I trusted my gut feeling went to the actual dealership my car had a failed water pump and was deemed not safe to drive. I took it immediately back with all the paperwork to show. I was questioned why I would bring it to dealership when they said it was fine that I should’ve just brought it to them. I literally wanted out of the car at that point. Because what the actual hell. Regardless I brought the car to them they fixed assured there would be nothing else wrong with the car. My front suspension is completely failed. Usually happens 8-9yrs after having the car. I’ve had the car only a year. I’m trying to chase them down to ask about the “extended warranty” they said I had. Nobody is helping. Offered me 5k for trade in….. if they just sold this car for almost 18k last year how would it be 5k today. They will sell you a horrible car. Nothing but headaches and swear that is safe and reliable. Feel like I made a deal with the devil. Getting anything from here. I would avoid at all costs. Humbly drive a 01 if you have to but absolutely do not under any circumstances finance from Sonia’s.
