We bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Grafton Hill Auto Sales. They explained everything clearly and helped us throughout the registration process. Everyone was very patient and genuine. They completed all the maintenance, including detailing, before delivering the car. They performed nearly $2,000 worth of service, so the car should run smoothly without issues for the next couple of years. I really appreciate Eli and the team. It was a great purchase and an excellent experience. If anyone is looking for a used car at a reasonable price in Worcester, Grafton Hill Auto Sales is a great place to buy from. I strongly recommend them to my friends and family.
Bought a 2015 Ford Focus SE from Eli about a month ago. His customer service & help through the process was excellent. It was the first good experience I’ve had at a dealership. He held the car for us while waiting on a bank loan with no questions asked. I bought the car for 8.2k with 90k miles & one owner. Highly recommend Eli & his dealership to anyone in the area who is looking for an honest, friendly & most importantly good priced dealership !!
I arrived and the two people were so nice! The gentleman did my inspection quick and easy while I spoke with a lady in between her tending to the customers coming to the pump! All in all the best customer service to date! I bought my car from them too by the way! They haven’t failed me yet! From buying a car to keeping up the maintenance! Great place!
Great place to buy a used car! I bought 2 hear. One Honda Civic for 2 years then I traded it in for a Chevy Equinox that I had for 4 years. Eli & his Cousin took care of me. And O! They also do State Inspection's there and they have a Gas Station. Two thumbs up for me!
If you need a car Grafton Hill Auto Sales is the place to go! I bought my fourth car from there recently from Elie. Elie is very professional and thorough with the whole process. Excellent customer service, friendly, reliable, and I highly recommend purchasing a car from elie! Another plus is they also offer mass state inspections for your vehicle as well!
