Nick and the team at The Garage in Brockton were BY FAR the best dealership I’ve ever purchased a car with. I bought many cars, and I’ve never had such a positive experience at a dealership. Nick was upfront , caring and honest. Definitely the best, I highly recommend if you need to buy a car go see Nick!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Bought a car back in March and the process couldn't have been smoother. Rick, Ricky and Lauren did an incredible job at making sure I got everything I was looking for in my first car and made you feel like family. I got a Suburu 2017 Forester and it runs beautifully and is in great condition. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a used car that feels like new these are your people! This place is terrible. First off, Mark Gablehart is an absolutely detestable man with no kindness in his cold, entitled heart. He’s nice when he thinks he’s got you hooked, but the moment you start asking questions and looking for answers he becomes argumentative and rude. I bought a 2019 Q50 from him last summer and not only did he blatantly lie about having the car detailed when I picked it up, he also got angry with me when it took 3 full weeks to get the car registered after I already gave him my money for the down payment. Not only that, but he sold me a car with a motor that had an internal coolant leak. If it wasn’t for Nick who managed to sell me on the warranty I would’ve probably left and gone elsewhere. Nick was cool, but he was more worried about flirting with the female staff at the dealership than actually working with customers (I heard him complain about a woman calling to ask about why her car was taking so long…seems familiar). Also, why name the place “The Garage” when they don’t even do work on their cars? When I took my car to get checked out after I discovered the leak, I found out that their service center just sends you to different mechanics in the surrounding area making it really difficult to keep track of what’s happening with your car. When I called to explain the situation Sean and Rusty (service center employees and the reason I gave two stars instead of one) were kind and easy to work with, but their salesmen counterparts left a bad taste in my mouth. Mark was very rude when I explained my frustrations about having to wait a month and a half for my car to be drivable and even yelled at me over the phone! When all was said and done they didn’t fix my problem and feigned ignorance. They also returned my car with tree sap all over it. Less than a year later the engine blew due to (you guessed it) an internal coolant leak. Now I’m actively trying to get it fixed through the warranty but I still don’t think anyone should buy a car here. Stay FAR AWAY from The Garage in Brockton!!!

I want to start by saying buyers beware to really check whatever you are looking at..my daughter had purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 from this place she’s had the car A little over a year and the motor is gone …when calling this place they don’t suggest or offer to help. They told my daughter to maybe beg the bank to hold payments so you could pay for a motor this is a place that we have had a car for a little over a year and that was their reply. I anyone I know and any strangers that ask, I will never suggest this place for a vehicle to do that to a 21-year-old just starting out in life you guys should Really be ashamed of yourselves telling someone to go back to bank to hold payments. Thanks for Not helping us with a motor for a vehicle she purchased from you…… Sincerely, a really pissed off father

Would give zero stars if possible. In the first 8 months of owning a car purchased there my vehicle was towed three times, needed new spark plugs & coils, breaks, 4 new tires, 2 recalls fixed and TWO new transmissions (the first one failed a day after being installed). 15,000 miles later & the replacement transmission they facilitated having installed just failed again. Took it to someone who isn’t connected to this dealership and found out it was put in incorrectly. 5 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a call back from the owner Rick. Not an honest salesman among them.
