I bought a 2017 CX 90 Volvo from prime Auto sales. the salesman's treated me real good there . The car had a problem they took care of it with no problem at all . I would buy a car from them with no problem at all. that's what you call good Business . they didn't even harass me to buy a car .I didn't feel no pressure at all from the salesman . A very clean place they was respectable to me 💯

One of the best dealerships I have ever seen they gave me a more than fair price and had so much flexibility with me and my family. Not only that they had threw on Michelin tires while repairing my media center before I had even gone through with the warranty! Bought a 2015 Tahoe last sept maybe, front passenger door had a nice size dent and prime auto sales had it fix but was done horribly. Irving called me an had me bring my Tahoe down and had real body shop fix it the rite way. Irving is your guy if you need something done rite the first time. Absolutely under no circumstances should you be bringing your car here for service !! The sales side of things was fine, we got a good price on a car. A few weeks later and the engine went ( rod knock ). While they had the vehicle for about a month I had to call for updates, they were unclear on other parts that weren’t covered by lemon law and needed replacing. It was a 400$ exhaust piece not a big deal, but the service advisor was shady in his delivery, and never mentioned anything about a price. So we were expecting to pay nothing when picking it up and got stuck with a 429 dollar bill. The car was clean when we picked it up which was great until we realized that detail threw away all my personal items inside the car including my registration and front license plate. And to top it all off they curb rashed both wheels on the passenger side to high hell and never mentioned anything about it. ( before and after pictures below ) Service is shady from top to bottom I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them! They didn’t give any pushback in replacing the shortblock which is the only credit I’ll give to them
