Everett's Auto Parts

Last week my wife Rhonda and I bought our niece her first car at Everetts. We worked with John and he was straight forward with us. The vehicle had a check engine light. So I could not take it for a test drive. But John told me he would get it fixed. It was done within 24 hours. He told us that they don't sell a car that won't pass inspection, which is why I waited to write this review. Yesterday the vehicle passed inspection and we are very happy with our little purchase. We also worked briefly with zach for some paperwork, and both of these men were excellent to work with. I bought a car in 1998 when I was 19 years old from everett's and that was a great vehicle as well. It's good to know they still do a great job.

The people over at Everett’s were so nice to me and helpful. I went in there nervous as a lady looking for some tires. They were helpful, respectful, very knowledgeable and professional. I don’t usually write reviews but they deserve this positive feedback. Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me. I appreciate you. Danielle, the manager of the tire center is a wonderful young lady.

I've driven a round trip of 300 miles for a used transmission and paid for the extra warranty and picked up a rim and used tire. I'm very pleased with the service, the counter and yard staff are very responsive and sort of fun sense of humor. I'm very anxious to get this tranny in and will follow up with a conclusion. Thank you for a smooth purchase process and great staff --edit .... transmission is in, runs and feels as advertised viz low miles ...! Thank you you guys

I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had. That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness. Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful while I tried to take care of my tired, cranky little one. Danielle is a great leader and made a stressful situation so much easier for me. Thank you to everyone at Everett’s for going above and beyond you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

Personally terrible experience... 9am got a call, i called back to the company and got told 1hr and 30mins.. 3hrs later, finally shows up. No call of letting me that they would be in the area to let me know. Guy seems questionable. Dragging a FWD car that could possibly mess up the transmission. I would avoid these folks for towing. Otherwise, okay. I wouldnt say the best but okay.
