This was my first time buying a vehicle online — sight unseen and with delivery across more than 1,000 miles — and the team at Done Deal Motors made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. The person I spoke with, Sergey, was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions about the vehicle and the long-distance delivery process in detail. That initial conversation immediately built my confidence to move forward with a purchase I couldn’t inspect in person. From there, everything clicked. I followed up by email, and the team (I worked mostly with Mireille) kept me informed at every step with clear next steps, prompt responses, and a professional yet friendly approach. They worked efficiently and delivered the van in record time — far quicker than I expected. The van arrived clean and exactly as advertised. After delivery, I noticed one minor issue that their pre-sale inspection had understandably missed. Without hesitation or hassle, the team took full responsibility and covered the cost of the repair. We run a plumbing business and were in the market for a used work van. The van we purchased was in great condition, exactly as described, and the whole transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. UPDATE: Still a 5 star experience. I just wanted to add integrity to the list. Unfortunately the MINI that I purchased failed inspection when I ran it through my shop, simple problem that was easy to miss but is too expensive of a fix to actually make doing the work worth it. Done Deal Motors immediately handled the situation and is issuing a full refund to me, no hassle, no shady business, just honesty and immediate action. They are also taking care of getting the car back from me so that I dont have to make the 6 hour round trip and figure out transportation again. Very satisfied with every part of my experience here, it is definitely a huge bummer about the car but at least they have made everything right. I will 100% keep an eye on their inventory and maybe something else will pop up that fits my needs. I had a fantastic experience at Done Deal Motors, from my initial inquiry, finding time to make the 3 hour drive to them to check out the vehicle and getting everything agreed upon and signed up Mireille and Russ were very transparent, communicative, fair and honest. I also feel that they went above and beyond having their service team double check the vehicle before I took delivery of it to make sure everything was where it needed to be, they did find a couple small items that needed to be addressed and took care of them immediately. They were also very dog friendly which always gets extra points in my book, they even gave my pup an extra tennis ball for the road! I am very happy with my purchase, I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. This is a reasonably small dealership but they have really cool selection of vehicles and very fair pricing, they are definitely worth checking out.
