I bought Toyota Camry from them. They were very nice with no pressure sales. They let me take the car to my mechanic and fixed everything that Mechanic found. However, I didn’t notice that the radio was stuck on the radio only mode and didn’t see it until I bought the car. But they fixed it afterwards by replacing the entire center console. This was the best used Car buying experience I had hoped for. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I can't recommend this dealership more. As a first-time car buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Chris and Kelvin were so patient, generous, easy-going throughout the whole process. They also maintain great quality cars and have high standards for their lot! They made my first car purchase not even just easy but actually fun and enjoyable, which is so rare these days and was heads and shoulders above any other lots I researched. When it came down to the purchase, they were really understanding of my situation as a student and went above and beyond in making the car ready to go and frankly, feel practically brand new! They would even teach me tips along the way about car maintenance and how things work, which was all new to me. It's a beautiful 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I've been recommending Waltham Auto Gallery to all my fellow students and friends - Chris and Kelvin are a wonderful duo. I will definitely continue dropping by for a coffee with them :)

A lot of used car dealers are not always very honest, and that is pretty common. Cristiano is clearly very smart, but not manipulative or tricky, and I think that is one of the reasons he continues to do well. He was never pushy, always patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Communication was timely, and once we agreed on the price, he carefully helped me complete all the follow up paperwork. The team is professional and trustworthy, and I would definitely recommend them.
