One of the better car purchasing experiences I have ever had. No BS. No upselling protections you will never use or can get cheaper elsewhere. No ridiculous conversations about how my trade is saving me money in sales tax so somehow my trade is worth less the value of the sales tax savings. All around straight shooters and they delivered the car with inspection sticker when and as promised. I may never go to another dealership to purchase a car again.

This was my 4th ir 5th vehicle I gave ourchased here. Always a no pressure sales process. Any issues are handled quickly. I did have an issue with this vehicle a week after purchase. Steve hooked me up with Alex in service. Alex diagnosed the issue and the part was backorded. Couldn't ask for anything more.
called ahead to confirm jeep was still available. Was never told on the phone the engine light was on. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to purchase the jeep and told to come back again the following day. Then was told the gas tank needed to be replaced. Waited around 2 weeks to pick the vehicle up and then couldn’t get 3$ worth of gas in it without it spitting everywhere nor was the distance until empty tracker working. Brought it for a second opinion elsewhere at this point and gas tank needed to be dropped 2 more times to be cleaned out from sand, had a loose filler neck and needed new fuel pump. Paid 13k for the jeep and now left with a 1300 credit card bill. Now the ABS light came on and wheel barring needed to be replaced. Light popped back on again and now transmission slips whenever the light is on. Then the muffler completely fell off and needs a whole new exhaust system. We’ve spent well over 200 in parts every weekend trying to make this jeep even drivable.
