So after much searching and researching and shopping online and in person, browsing countless posts on more sites than I care to admit, I finally found it!! My newest addition!! I haven't officially named her yet, but I'm super in love with this little baby"tink tink" VW Passat,!! I'm not generally a car person but it just feels right!! The people at Tommy's were knowledgeable and polite, they answered all of my 10,000 questions and then I go it out of there in probably record time. Thanks guys, I love my new baby car!! 🍑

My uncle and I went to Tommy Wholesale expecting a simple, honest transaction. We were told we’d pay a flat amount and then pick up the plate—nothing more, nothing less. At no point did anyone mention an extra $610 fee. Not once. So imagine the frustration when, after already paying, we’re suddenly told we owe another $610. That’s not just poor communication, that’s misleading. If you’re going to charge people extra fees, be upfront about it from the beginning instead of blindsiding them later. What really made this worse was the attitude. When I called to ask a simple question about where this charge came from, I was met with rudeness and disrespect like I was the problem. I’m asking about my money of course I expect a clear answer. Between the lack of transparency and the unprofessional customer service, this was a terrible experience. Do better.

I got a Ford flex , drove to lake Charles start driving bad brought it back , they charged me 1,750$ remind you I only had the car 5 months 1 Out of town trip all it took. But two months later I tried to get the vehicle after they fixed it I was told I had to refinance the car. Mannnnn , but over all west a good dude 😎
