Pipes Auto Sales needs to be shut down they sold my daughter the worse car for her first car. They are cons that prey on people they knew this 2017 buick verano wasn't any good. They took my daughter money the $2500 down on that piece of crap and let her leave with that defective car. She hadn't had it a month before everything at once started happening. Mechanic issue, the exhaust was leaking from the pipes under the car. We had to take that car back down there twice. She also had to put it in two shops one covered the car ,and the other shop didn't. She had to get her 02 sensors fixed all kinds of lights was coming on the dashboard. It was a terrible experience for my daughter they refused to let her trade that car in for a better car, and they refused to give her money back to her. They will get what's coming to the you shall reap what you sow.

I do not even give this 1 star, but I have to put something.. Never again will I ever buy a vehicle from pipes auto sales here in Shreveport. Nor would I ever recommend them to some one. Needless to say it’s been a on going battle with them since I bought a vehicle from them back in June. I drove it two weeks and it went down, had to get it towed home. Then I Got it to a mechanic shop. It needs a whole new motor and some other stuff. . This mess is costing almost $7,000 to get it fixed… more than my pay off amount on it.. no way in hell I can afford that… Pipes is not willing to help me in any way possible weather it’s helping me with half of the amount , or refunding me my down payment back. Or least half of my down payment. Not my experience I wanted being my first time buying a vehicle. So here I am with a vehicle that I can not use. Paying a note on something I can not use. Yes yes I know it’s a used car dealership. If I knew the things before hand about pipes and there cars that I know now I would have never made this purchase.. and these things came from Rusty the general managers mouth him self. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PIPES AUTO SALES
