My experience at Xtream dealership was awesome. I brought my Jeep in to be serviced. Also, there was a few parts that were recalled. Corey was helpful, knowledgeable about my vehicle and very professional. He explained the recall replacement process and he made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done. I was relieved to have a ride home sponsored by the dealership. That was a big help and convenient. Corey kept me updated on the repair process and other maintenance need for my vehicle. BUYS BEWARE I was interested in purchasing a vehicle based on the advertised price, but the dealership attempted to require the purchase of their "Ultimate Vehicle Protection" package for an additional $2,459. When I declined the package, they would not honor the advertised vehicle price. To make matters worse, the Regional Sales Manager refused to speak with me to address or resolve the issue. When I asked to speak with management, the salesperson responded by saying, "This is one of those situations," as if requiring customers to purchase an unwanted add-on was acceptable business practice. If you're considering buying from this dealership, be sure to carefully review all costs and ask whether any mandatory add-ons or protection packages are being included that are not reflected in the advertised price. My experience was disappointing and felt misleading.
