I live in Ohio...our dealerships here do not believe in customer service and they really don't act like if they care of not to sell you a car, get you any info, or answer any questions. I happened onto the car that I wanted at Value Motors in Kenner LA....Paul Haugen was my salesman and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and customer service. This salesman and dealership went above and beyond anything I ever expected. They are a 5 STAR Dealership in my eyes. The wire transaction, shipping, paperwork, etc was seamless. Their recommendation for shipping was spot on. They even had the title and all the paperwork duplicated and transferred to me with the vehicle. I had absolutely zero to do to register or drive my car in Ohio. Now you have a lifelong customer in Ohio!

If you're a young woman that does not have a man to go with you - run . Sold a car with a plethora of issues that started almost immediately after I got it. Literally had active recalls on it that they never mentioned when those recalls had been open for years . Did not allow me to trade it . They had no sympathy for me whatsoever of course , so wishing the worse for them . Even did not want to fix the broken key fob THEY gave me . Still stuck with the car which is AGAIN back in the shop . Hard to get rid of the car due to the negative equity . Sold it to me 2 years ago , but definitely much more aware of shady salesmen now . A lesson learned for me moving forward - they saw a young girl wanting a car and hit the lottery .
