The absolute best in the area! I was looking for a new car and wasn't in much of a rush. I told NOLA Motorcars exactly what I wanted. They didn't try to talk me into an alternate option or upsell me on something else. Alex and his team located the perfect vehicle for me in another state. They had it shipped to NOLA. Once is arrived, the team did a comprehensive bumper to bumper inspection before even allowing me to see it to make sure everything was perfect for me. And it was!! They assisted me with the financing process and the entire transaction was seamless! I have used them for all my auto needs including repairs on my older vehicle and all of my maintenance needs. They always go above and beyond for their customers. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Highly recommend!!!

I really have to say in all the many vehicles I have purchased. I will only buy from NOLA Motorcars moving forward and if you are smart you will do the same. Nate and I started talking via text and email about a couple of vehicles I saw within their inventory. I explained my circumstances meaning, I work at the airport, I don't have much time off and I'm usually sleeping when most businesses are open. Nate worked with me and answered all my questions, he worked around my schedule and even my migraines that were passed down from my grandmother. I could have gone with another dealership but why would I. I went in for a test drive of two vehicles to decide which was right for me. There was no pressure to buy that day. It took me another week but after Nate explained the differences with those two suvs, I made my decision. On the day I was to sign, I didn't spend hours or play the games most dealerships and salesmen do. I walked in and signed the paperwork. He sent my insurance and paperwork to my finance company. After that, Nate spent time explaining everything about the suv and even helped me with setting up my preferences etc. Moving forward,I will definitely send anyone looking for a vehicle to their website and explain my experience.

Great, quick and thorough experience overall. I ordered tires from Tire Rack, they were delivered the next day to NOLA Motorcars as is fairly typical from TR and delivery to the N.O. area. I reached out to NOLA Motorcars to confirm they arrived and scheduled to bring the car in the next morning. I dropped the car off a bit before they opened and left the key in the key box. They did the tires pretty quick. I got a text the car was ready, around lunch time. The tires are a big difference over the factory 10yr old tires I had! Glad I did the tire research on Tire Rack ahead of time. Can't thank you all enough for providing the service. 👍 Nick S.

I had been looking for a BMW Z4 Manual for several months receiving daily Cars.com alerts for different cars for sales. I received an alert for the 2014 BMW Z4 just listed by NOLA. I contacted the dealer, they were quick to respond and beginning working with Nate. Nate provided all the details of the vehicles including maintenance records and previous owner maintenance records. Nate provided videos of the car and upfront out the door price. I took a flight from Virginia down to New Orleans. Nate arranged for a car to pick me up from the airport. Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready for delivery. The car was advertised and it excellent condition, well above my expectation. I took it for a test drive and within 30 minutes of returning, I had completed the no-hassle paperwork and proceeded to drive the car back to Virginia. After a 1400 miles drive the car performed like new and was a great experience with Nate and NOLA. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this team.
