I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac XT5 Premium Luxury from Mossy Motors, and overall I had a very positive experience. Melaynie Williams was outstanding throughout the process. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer my many questions as an informed buyer. I had already done extensive research on pricing, financing, warranty coverage, and comparable vehicles in Louisiana and Houston markets, and she never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her communication and follow-through were excellent. Tim in Finance was also professional, transparent, and respectful during the closing process. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process smooth and straightforward. I will say that my initial interaction with another sales representative, Lamoine Ward, was much less positive. I experienced what felt like unnecessary high-pressure sales tactics, and there were some mischaracterizations regarding pricing and inventory availability that did not align with information I had already researched independently online. Thankfully, Melaynie and Tim completely changed the tone of the experience and ultimately earned my business. In the end, I was able to purchase a vehicle that fit both my needs and my budget, and I appreciate the professionalism shown by the team members who treated me with respect as a prepared and knowledgeable customer.
