Lamarque Crescent City Ford is a great Service Center. Mr. Joe was very professional and courteous. He knew what the possible issue was and stated the estimate cost would be upfront. The work took 4 days but it was worth it to have my F-150 fixed properly.

The service department tried to charge me $450 and $1000 for an electrical harnesses... I had the vehicle towed to another dealer and it cost $250 vs the $1450. Service Advisor Ron is nice but tech needs more training.
