The absolute best interaction I have had purchasing a car. Got us exactly what we needed and set me up with a new F250. They were incredible to us and took great care of us! Would definitely recommend!
Lamarque Crescent City Ford is a great Service Center. Mr. Joe was very professional and courteous. He knew what the possible issue was and stated the estimate cost would be upfront. The work took 4 days but it was worth it to have my F-150 fixed properly.
Joe was my Service Advisor. Think of what the best experience would be in regard to having your vehicle worked on at a dealership. That is what happened. If I ever need my truck worked on again I’m going to Joe.
This place has been a go to for my service needs on my old F150 for years. Helped keep my truck running for over 361,000 miles. So, I'm hoping they can help me keep this new F150 running for just as long. Great people, quality service!
The service department tried to charge me $450 and $1000 for an electrical harnesses... I had the vehicle towed to another dealer and it cost $250 vs the $1450. Service Advisor Ron is nice but tech needs more training.
