Gavin was great to work with. I felt no pressure the entire time. He helped me reach every goal of my career buying experience and made the process super seamless. We had our paperwork done before hand, so we got to test drive, give our deposit, get a couple signatures and we’re on our way. Could not have been any smoother to buy a car
Bernard King and Ashley Edwards did an extremely wonderful job. Customer service was excellent. They were extremely patient and went the extra mile to make sure that we got the best possible deal. The entire experience was amazing. Usually buying cars is a stressful experience but they made this happen for us in a wonderful way. Thanks so much guys.
Matt Lankford is a great car salesman. I shopped for 8 months before buying a vehicle. I saw some amazing deals and some very eh deals. The reason Matt got my buisness is because gave me am amazing deal and didn't play any games at all. He respected my time. He worked very hard for me. He was there to help me find the deal all the way till after it was closed. He was very honest and upfront with me.
It was a pleasure working with Crystal B at Navarre Honda in Lake Charles. She was attentive, kind & made our car-buying experience stress free. She took the time to understand what we were looking for & got us in the truck we wanted. Crystal is highly recommended!!!
We love our wonderful sales team! Crystal was amazing to work with! My boys were even comfortable and entertained as well! We felt seen and heard the entire time. Crystal triple checked with us to make sure we were comfortable with our car and we appreciate it so much. We will definitely be working with Crystal for future sales!
