I’ve bought several vehicles over the years, and this is honestly the first time I actually remember the name of my sales associate, which says a lot about Ester at Navarre Chevrolet. From the very beginning, Ester was consistent, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth. She never made me feel like “just another sale.” Instead, she treated me like an actual person, which is something I’ve never really experienced with a car salesperson before. I purchased a used Ram from her, and even after the sale she continued to check in with me through texts and calls over the next several weeks to make sure everything was going well. She even personally delivered my truck to me after the spray-in bed liner was installed, which was truly above and beyond. A few days after buying the truck, the starter went out. I called Ester, and she immediately stepped in to help. She got me scheduled in and advocated for me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was taken care of. During this time my son was also having surgery, and Ester really went the extra mile. After the starter was replaced, she and another associate helped arrange for my truck to be dropped back off and my loaner vehicle picked up so I could stay home with my son. Bill and Aaron were absolutely amazing and helped me through the entire process of leasing my new Equinox EV.
