Kia of Lake Charles

I bought my new Kia GT Sport from Kia of lake Charles. They are very professional Made miracles happen. Got exactly what I wanted. The salesman Ro great to the Sales manager Tavis. Great you gotta go see them. Service department great !!!!!

I took the advice of a close family friend and went to Kia of Lake Charles to find a new car for my wife. It was definitely a great experience. They went the extra mile to make sure we got just what we wanted and made every step of the transaction easy. I’ve purchased more than 20 new cars, so far (yes I may have a new car buying problem), and this one ranks at or near the top. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Excellent experience!! Let me start with saying , I won’t lie I normally dread walking into a dealership for many reasons but this was different and has changed my perspective. My family and I Went into Kia of Lake Charles after seeing a vehicle I was interested in on their website. We could not be happier with the service that we received. We walked in and were welcomed by a sweet lovely sales woman by the name of Ester. She listened to our concerns and paid attention to what we/i was needing in a vehicle. We did a test drive on the vehicle that I was interested in and I fell in love with the vehicle. Ester made the buying experience fun and painless. She was Professional but relaxed I did not feel pressured at all which made me want to buy the vehicle even more ❤️ (btw-yes!!!! I bought the suv I was looking at and i absolutely love it!!) I can not say enough wonderful things about this experience thank you Kia of LC and especially huge thanks to Ester you are an amazing sales woman and person in general. Again thank you all for the wonderful experience !!

Recently purchased the new Kia Telluride from Kia of Lake Charles and can easily say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
