Hello, I purchased a vehicle from them on Jan 4 and by Jan 5 reported a problem with the vehicle I had. Didn’t have the car for 24 hours before an issue occurred! I put $3000 down. I told them I want a refund the next day due to this.. they refused. they picked up the car via tow truck and never found a problem with the car THAT THEY HAD FOR A WEEK! I come back to get it.. and guess what happens an hour after I pick the vehicle up? THE SAME ISSUE I REPORTED TO THEM THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. They tell me to bring the car back.. so I did, they have had the vehicle since Jan 21 and still can’t find an issue with the vehicle.. so the manager said she’s going to drive the vehicle home to see if she can see the problem.. she seen the issue told the mechanic and they said they think it’s a sensor.. they have had the damn vehicle since Jan 21 and I still haven’t heard from them. Except they want a payment 😐 I just want a refund..
