My Daughter’s first car dreams came true at her graduation party. Used Car Factory helped make sure it went down without a hitch by ensuring the entire process went smoothly in time to surprise her for the big event. I wanted an extra key made, so when the day comes that the keys get locked in the car, my girl will be all set. When I dropped the car off to get it taken care of, their driver was out of the office that day, but Kris went out of his way to personally drive me to my other vehicle while the work was being done. Chase maintained amazing communication throughout everything, by sending updates to both myself, and my husband. We are blessed beyond measure. We will be back when the next teenager needs her first car! 😅

Chase did more without hesitation, he even fixed some interior panels on the spot without us bringing that to his attention. With all the vehicles they have, the attention to final detail was nice. When I had a concern about the steering the first time I drove the vehicle, the owner Shawn, personally came out to test drive it with me to make sure everything was right. When I still wasn’t sure, he went out of his way and offered to let me test drive his personal Lexus with the same steering system just to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with how the car should handle. ​They truly listened to us, especially when we explained the history behind why we were buying the car for our daughter.
