I waited a few months before leaving a review just to make sure the 2014 BMW X1 we bought didn’t have any problems. It has been an amazing vehicle!! From the moment we found the SUV online and called to check on it, to finalizing the deal the experience was great. The owner, and I believe it was his wife, were courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. My husband and I never felt pressured or misled in any way, which we have experienced at other dealerships. We will definitely be buying from them again!!!

Purchased a nice Acura two months ago. Frank had an up-to-date and impressive carfax report ready to show me. Sandra whisked me through the financing and TT&L paperwork, then mailed me the license plate the day she received it. They finance through Advancial credit union, which was a nice surprise, as I was prepared to outsource the financing there as they have the lowest-interest loans. Everything was done in-house, and it was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Frank and Sandra seem like great people, they’ve got a nice selection of reliable used luxury cars at fair prices, and I remember seeing this place on Johnston for ten or twenty years. I don’t intend needing another car any time soon, but if I do, their inventory will be the first place I look.

I bought a truck today from Frank and Sandra with Lafayette Autoplex on Johnston St. From the moment I walked onto the lot until the time that I left was the most pleasant experience in car buying ever. Sandra gave me the keys to two different pickup trucks and let me test drive both of them. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy from them. Sandra answered all of my questions that I asked and her input was very helping in purchasing the Toyota. Frank has the truck cleaned, filled it with gasoline and has the proper inspection sticker on the windshield. Frank also was very helpful in answering questions once the purchase was completed. He was very pleasant and patient. The lot was very clean as were all of the automobiles. The office was super clean, neat and everything was in order. They explained the paperwork to me before I signed anything and we went over every detail. This is my first purchase with Lafayette Autoplex and it won’t be the last. I suggest to you that if you are looking for a super clean vehicle that you visit Frank and Sandra, I promise that you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic customer service! Made buying a vehicle simple, easy, and swift. Didn't have to negotiate. Mr. Frank and Ms. Sandra were so kind, it felt like buying from friends.
