Purchased a vehicle from out of state because they had what we wanted in inventory. Everyone we worked with at Courtesy was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. I enjoyed the price and swiftness of my service. This rating is around the communication of additional services and offers available on my vehicle. I would've been open to additional services/opportunities; however, I was made aware of these offerings. The result was my vehicle being left without any of my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensors. After speaking with the service manager, I understand the service process; however, I would've been more inclined to make a better decision had I known the full story on the day of service.
