Community Honda Lafayette

I had a great experience working with her. She was extremely patient, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. I had been without a car for about six months, and she continued to work with me without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. She stayed in contact, answered my questions, and was willing to help until I was finally ready to purchase a vehicle. I truly appreciate her patience and dedication to helping me. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and will take the time to work with you, I definitely recommend her. Thank you for making this experience a positive one!

We had an outstanding experience with our saleswoman, Madison. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. She listened to our needs and wants then showed us our choices. She answered all of our questions and made the process easy. Madison made this car purchase the smoothest we have ever experienced. We love our new CR-V.

I had a wonderful experience working with my sales representative, Rochelle. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire sales process flow so smoothly from beginning to end. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how attentive and helpful she was. I would definitely recommend working with her to anyone looking for a smooth and positive experience. I’m really enjoying my new 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid ❤️ Thank you.

I had a great experience when searching for the right vehicle for me and my family. Rochelle price did a phenomenal job getting me the best deals on not just 1, but 2 vehicles so far. 10/10 service I highly recommend going see her!

Purchased a 2023 Ford Explorer from this dealership less than a month ago and also purchased a warranty through them. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle became completely inoperative due to a loose battery terminal. Since then, the front HVAC blower has stopped working and the A/C is no longer functioning properly. I reached out to my salesperson for assistance and never received a response. Disappointed with both the quality of the vehicle preparation and the lack of customer service after the sale. And for an update, the vehicle is having other random electrical problems, but that’s not even the worst part. The vehicle was sold to me as having not been wrecked. This morning, a piece of the vehicle flew off while driving exposing previous repairs. The dealership clearly lies about their used car inventory as the vehicle I traded in was listed as one owner, purchased and serviced at Community Honda, and having no history of being wrecked. However, I was the second owner, purchased it in Houston, and it was wrecked twice. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership.
