Marvin was great to work with. He was very communicative with keeping me up to date every step of the way. He sent me pictures of what was wrong. He worked with my warranty company who proved to be very difficult, but he was patient and persistent in getting the most he could get me. Definitely will be using him from now on.

I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 that was purchased online by Bank Transfer Cash price,from this Dealership. The vehicle was shipped from the Dealership and arrived to my home in Prentiss,Ms. The vehicle had Instrument Panels Warnings that were reported to the owner of the Dealership. After many phone and texts messages to the Owner concerning returning the vehicle,I had the vehicle delivered to the Dealership. I have called the Owner of the Dealership concerning the outcome of the repair or Full Refund of the vehicle without success. I am in the process of taking Legal action against this Dealership as I am Highly Disappointed in resolving this issue.
